Projects

Software I build and run on Alfred.

Featured Projects

  • Skelly

One dashboard for inventory and pricing across every marketplace I sell on, with a listing tool built in. It also runs my rental management through Guesty.

  • Ship'd

Shipping built into the ERP: compare carrier rates, buy labels and print them at the right desk.

  • Homeware

Marketing on autopilot for trade contractors. Homeware runs their SEO and advertising end to end, with Google Business Profiles as the engine that pulls in local customers. Every lead that comes in is tracked, recorded and dropped straight into the contractor's job system, and AI agents can pick up the follow-up from there. Nobody has to touch a thing: it's all automated.

  • Dolph

A desktop workbench for running AI coding agents side by side. Every task gets its own git worktree with its own terminals, editor, diff view and browser, so agents work in parallel without stepping on each other, locally or over SSH. My own build of the open-source Orca, with no telemetry.

  • PickPack

An iPhone app for picking and packing orders: every unshipped order becomes a tap-to-check list with SKU, quantity, shelf location and photo. A small Cloudflare Worker keeps the shipping API keys off the phone.

  • Odoo, Customized

Odoo 18, turned into a self-driving back office by more than two dozen modules I wrote. Give it a barcode and the product photo finds itself. Shipping lives inside Odoo: Ship'd rates every carrier, buys the label and sends it straight to the printer at the desk that asked for it, then shipment webhooks close out the delivery and the stock on their own. Margins are counted after marketplace fees, not before. An AI agent can sell a SKU end to end in one call: order, delivery, invoice, payment. Even the home screen got interactive particles.

  • Mailstack

My own email: Postfix, Dovecot and SOGo webmail, patched with trash protection and a hidden 30-day recovery, Send Later and instant message previews. On top sits an MCP server and REST API so AI agents can search, read, file and draft mail, but never delete it and never send unless I allow it.

  • Polymarket Bot

An autonomous prediction-market trader for weather, sports and crypto markets. Every candidate has to pass research gates (forecasts, betting odds, live prices), positions are sized with the Kelly criterion and capped per category and event, winnings are redeemed on-chain automatically, and every trade is logged.

Tools & Experiments

Smaller things that keep Alfred honest, or that I built because I wanted them.

  • Bitwatcher

Backups you never test aren't backups. Once a month it decompresses every Proxmox backup archive and verifies its checksum, so a single flipped bit gets caught. Then it sends one message: clean, corrupted, or didn't run.

  • cli-reaper

A careful janitor for AI coding agents. It only closes Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode and OMP sessions that are provably idle (anything active, waiting or ambiguous is kept) and logs CPU and memory pressure every minute.

  • Infisical-Fetch

Lets machines and AI agents use secrets from a self-hosted Infisical without ever printing them: values move through pipes and straight into a program's environment, never into a terminal, a command line or an agent's context.

  • Wol

Wake-on-LAN for iPhone and iPad. Sends the magic packet a few times so a sleeping network card can't miss it, checks whether the machine actually came up, and works from Siri and Shortcuts.

  • CDP Browser Farm

Three real Chromium browsers on a Windows 11 VM (6 cores, 24 GB of RAM) that anything in the homelab can drive over the Chrome DevTools Protocol with Playwright or Puppeteer. Visible windows with persistent logins instead of throwaway headless sessions, shared-tab rules so people and bots never close each other's tabs, and a Windows 98 style New Tab page.

  • Home Assistant

The homelab's nervous system, running in its own VM: nearly 500 entities, 260+ sensors and about 150 integrations, covering climate, appliances, media and even the pfSense firewall. It talks back through a voice assistant pipeline, bridges into Apple Home and streams its metrics to Prometheus. I also built Home Assistant Desktop, a tiny open-source Electron app that gives it a real window, with zero telemetry.

  • SkrrCode

BMW diagnostics in native Rust: talks to F-series cars over an Ethernet cable using the same protocols as the dealer tools. A fork of the open-source klartext.
